I am passionate about helping others thrive by addressing emotional challenges, trauma, and life struggles. Living in a society where emotional expression is often suppressed can leave us feeling stuck, isolated, and confused. Whether you’re navigating grief, anger from past injustices, or simply feeling tired of being sick and tired, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be your authentic self. I work best with individuals who want to heal from trauma, grief, emotional expression, and broken relationship. I also work with athletes who want help reaching their peak performance or want to work on their mental strength.
My practice combines clinical mental health counseling with sport and performance psychology to offer tailored support that helps you heal and achieve your goals. As a former college athlete, coach, and now performance consultant, I also work with athletes to help them navigate life and while achieving peak performance in their sport.
