I work with clients with busy schedules, or folks who prefer engaging in therapy from home. Many of my clients feel like they don't fully belong. Maybe you feel like this because of unfulfilling relationships, or societal pressures around who (or how) you are supposed to be. I also work with folks who've experienced something that was so difficult, it's hard to move on from it. Sometimes it seems that the same patterns keep showing up in our lives, and we just need a break. I would like to work with you to change that.
I specialize in working with teens and adults who want to overcome something that seems too daunting to overcome. Maybe it's overwhelming feelings of anxiety, worry, anger, depression or grief. Or, it could be that memories from a painful experience continue to barge in unannounced. You might feel hopeless, but in my experience we can work through anything.
I've worked with folks from many backgrounds and life stories. I'd love to hear your personal story, what makes you "you," and what would make your life better.
