My work with late teens and adults includes making school/career decisions, low self-esteem, regulating emotions, complex peer relationships & family concerns, navigating life changes and grief & loss. Mental health difficulties like OCD, anxiety and depression. I also work with individuals with ADHD, ASD1, and substance misuse as a secondary diagnosis.
