Whether you're just in a bit of a rut or are looking to do some deep soul searching work, you have come to the right place. I see each client as a whole person rather than as a collection of symptoms and want to work with you to understand how you got to where you are and help you get to where you would like to be. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ related issues, Polyamory, Anxiety, Panic Disorder, OCD, ADHD, ASD, Depression, and Life Transitions. Additionally, I am currently accepting clients in search of stand alone Gender Affirming Care Evaluations for Gender Affirming Surgery (GAS) and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).
I approach therapy as a collaboration that allows us each to share our expertise; mine in Psychology and yours in yourself, your experiences, and your unique needs. This philosophy allows us to mold our therapy space so that it fits what works best for you, whether that be more structured or free-flowing. I am happy to tailor our work to your specific needs.
Session content can range from targeting specific behaviors to more broad discussions about your overall life and sense of self to help us better understand your experience. It is my firmest belief that everyone is capable of change. My role is to help you explore what that looks like for you, and to help you to live a happier and more fulfilling life.
