With young people usually helping with family system work and attachment, and with older people navigating transitions or struggles that have been life long and now your ready to work on them. I want to help hold the struggles with you so it doesn't feel unbearable and in the end go through the journey with you to gain insight and resilience in your life, and like Mary Poppins when my work is done I move on to those that still need my help.
