Yet trauma, chronic stress, grief, moral injury, anxiety, depression, relationship strain, or the pressure of a high-responsibility role may be taking a toll. I work with adults, especially veterans, first responders, military-connected individuals, and others accustomed to pushing through, to restore stability, regain direction, and build a life guided by purpose rather than survival.
My approach is direct, practical, and collaborative. I use trauma-informed, person-centered care with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Together, we identify what is no longer working, strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication and boundaries, and develop a clear treatment plan with measurable goals.
I am a medically retired U.S. Army Staff Sergeant and Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran. My understanding of trauma, grief, moral injury, and life disruption is grounded in clinical training and lived experience.
