My passion is guiding people through trauma recovery, and all of the challenges of living with trauma, so you can connect and engage with your life and get to living. I believe it can and does get better. I have extensive experience with trauma recovery. I have treated patients in partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, and hospital outpatient settings. This experience has given me a deep and wide understanding of what it takes to recover from the impacts of trauma in order to get to living life instead of having life live you.

Trauma history can trigger anxiety and stress disorders, depression, obsessive/compulsive tendencies, and personality disorder symptoms. To help you manage, cope with, and recover from these symptoms, I offer several treatment options. EMDR, cognitive processing therapy, DBT skills, and exposure response prevention, to name a few.

A little bit about me. I love the outdoors, even in wintertime. I don't know when I started loving the cold weather. I am also an unnatural morning person. Coffee helps with that.
