I aim to provide an empathetic presence to provide support, healthy reflection, and hope as we find healthy change to pursue. Counseling can be proactive too (before our crisis). I believe that counseling is a collaborative effort towards the common goal of change. I approach each client with curiosity, warmth, and the desire to give light to the challenges they face. Using a narrative therapy approach, I work to uncover the unhealthy narratives we live under and empower clients to find their authorship in developing a new story.
