I work to create a safe and compassionate space to explore the challenges that you are experiencing. Anxiety, trauma, disability, chronic pain and other life experiences can make you feel stuck. Together we will develop a plan that will support you in living a life that you are more in control of.
I practice through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy lens as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to explore current thoughts and emotions and support you in finding what it looks like to live a life that is in alignment with what is most important to you. I also offer EMDR to support creating more adaptive beliefs.
Given a supportive environment where you feel safe, you are able to explore challenging thoughts and emotions that seem to get in the way of how you want to experience your life. My hope is that you become more empowered, more in control of your life and more in alignment with what is important to you. I invite you to reach out with any questions you have.
