My passion is rooted in using the therapeutic relationship to foster an environment that supports self-actualization. Many of us wonder how we can grow, deepen our sense of self-worth, and take steps toward emotional health, purpose, and fulfillment. Therapy offers a space to gain insight into our mental health and uncover underlying patterns that may contribute to self-disrupting behaviors. I believe each person possesses an inner toolkit to overcome daily challenges; my role is to help you identify and equip the tools you need to access your strengths.
My focus is working with individuals over 18+ and older adults as I have experience working with veterans, older adults, those at end of life, and with the grief associated with death and dying. I have a passion for geriatrics and LGBTQ+ and any client who just isn’t sure they have a place in which they fit.
My approach incorporates somatic work and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you explore and integrate all parts of yourself. I guide you in self-discovery, clarifying goals, identifying obstacles, and developing strategies for greater self-compassion, resilience, and fulfillment.
