Recovery Group for Men
This is a group for men who are in Recovery from alcohol or drug abuse. For these life changes to stick we need a few things: Community, accountability, a new routine, healthy habits, and a chance to explore who we are and why we do what we do. This group is for men who want to grow, want connection, and who desire to live free from the preoccupation of wanting substances to cope with life. This will be a small group of 5-6 men. The format is called a "process group", meaning an open discussion format.
