Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship problems? If you are I can help. I offer convenient daytime, evening, and Saturday appointment times. For first time clients I offer a free 20 minute phone or Zoom video consultation. In our sessions I will use evidence based practices to help you overcome the challenges you are facing.
We will work together to develop the tools, strategies, and insights that are needed to successfully reach your goals. Through this process, you will experience the relief and empowerment of knowing that you have the ability to change your current situation and to confidently navigate future difficulties.
If you'd like to schedule a session please reach out by text or phone call at 913-302-3764. I am currently in network on Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, BCBS, and accept private pay for all other clients. I provide sessions using video telehealth and no longer offer in person sessions.
