It's vital to feel free from judgement/embarrassment in order to overcome barriers that keep us feeling stuck. I connect well with individuals who have typically had trouble sharing with or trusting others due to facing numerous challenges & traumas throughout life. I focus first on understanding you and your needs/goals/life. I also love doing couples therapy, improving the sense of safety, trust and connection in one-another.
I tend to treat my clients based on the difficulties that they are facing as well as the goals they have. I help stabilize clients utilizing CBT (ACT) when necessary, but prefer to use EMDR and Internal Family Systems therapy for trauma-focused treatments and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
I truly believe therapy helps and I love helping others get to a healthier place in life. I offer in-person therapy in Bend, OR and telehealth options all throughout Oregon.
