I am a Licensed Creative Art Therapist specializing in work with college students, young adults and creative individuals. I have spent my career working with a wide spectrum of clients of varying ages, racial, ethnic, gender and sexual identities using both talk and art therapy to help address issues such as depression, anxiety and trauma.
While my background is in art therapy, I take a holistic approach, integrating various theories to best suit a client's needs. My approach is highly strength based, person-centered and client guided. I believe that the centerpiece of all growth is building an accepting, non-judgemental and open therapeutic relationship and work to provide that space..
