I work with adult males, with a special focus on fathers. These clients want to examine their beliefs, behavior patterns, and relationships in order to work toward a life where their choices and values are aligned. Potential clients of mine may recognize that something is missing in their life, or they are feeling stuck. You may feel as if you know where you want to be but don't know how to get out of your own way. You might feel as if the stresses of everyday life, job, and relationships are just too much to bear. Potential clients may also value utilizing the therapeutic benefits of nature to help in their wellness journey.
I'm skills focused & want to give you skills to apply to life now. Beyond traditional methods and talk therapy, I specialize in outdoor/nature therapy. I operate my practice on a private 28-acre outdoor nature park and garden. In-person sessions will be held at the park and would utilize the healing power of nature in tandem with traditional talk therapy.
I do things differently because I believe that when we get hooked by life’s challenges, the best thing to do is get our boots on the ground, understand what’s important to us, and make value-driven action steps that move us through the woods towards what matters most. If you are ready to get unstuck and Take ACTION, book a 15 minute consultation.
