My style as a therapist tends to be warm, engaged, and curious. I encourage a focus both on a deeper exploration of the roots of your distress and on what can be changed in the present to help you feel better.
I enjoy working with a broad array of mental health concerns and have particular experience with LGBTQ individuals, trauma, dissociation, anxiety, substance use, obsessive thoughts, depression, and existential concerns.
