I work with adults and couples of all ages, identities and backgrounds. They're seeking help for struggling relationships, stressful careers, trauma, depression, anxiety, and a general feeling of wtf. They want help understanding where they're at, how they got there, and where to go next. They ask things like: Why am I feeling this way? Is this normal? Will you be honest with me if I'm way off base? What am I missing?

I'll listen closely, ask questions, point out things, and treat you with dignity. You'll be more self-directed and resilient on the rest of your journey. I also offer EMDR for individuals and couples.

I used an integrated mix of strategies recognizing that we are relational beings, but also with complex thoughts and stories that need unpacking. Additionally, we are human, so our biology and nervous system are a central part of the equation. I am a huge believer in Attachment styles, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and IFS. I don't lead with CBT but sometimes we do need to those practical tools.
