Hey! I’m Josh, and I help gay and queer folks navigate relationships and the shame that holds them back. Specializing in complex and relational trauma, I’m passionate about helping people build more satisfying and fulfilling connections, whether with themselves or with a loved one. I support queer individuals in stepping into their identity with confidence and aliveness. I work with all types of relationship dynamics, including monogamous couples, queer and LGBTQIA+ partnerships, and non-traditional relationships.
I help people identify shame-based patterns and explore how they impact connection, while supporting a greater sense of agency in their lives. Using a warm, compassionate approach, I integrate mind-body techniques to support healing from complex relational trauma.
Feeling stuck, lost, or trapped in life can be overwhelming—and is often rooted in unresolved complex trauma. Life can be challenging, and I believe we’re all doing the best we can. I’d be honored to support you, or you and your loved ones, as you move toward deeper connection and fulfillment. Reach out by phone or email, I look forward to hearing from you!
