Hi I’m Josh, a complex trauma and relationship therapist. I work with individuals and partners struggling with disconnection & shame. Your'e self-critical, want to be confident, but feel stuck. You may feel confused, overwhelmed, or unfulfilled in your relationships. In therapy, I help you understand how you relate to yourself and others, and how past relationships may be shaping the present, so you can build more clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
Together, we build clarity, confidence, and authenticity in yourself and your relationships. I specialize in complex and relational trauma, as well as partners, using a warm, body-centered and attachment informed approach. I work with LGBTQ+ clients, non-traditional relationships (polyamory & open relationships), and offer kink-affirming care.
