I am an EMDR-trained therapist who integrates EMDR alongside Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, music therapy & sound healing — I offer a supportive space for clients to reconnect with their strengths and live more authentically.
