I work with individuals & couples struggling through issues such as infidelity, disconnection and other relationship problems. Along with that I work with men struggling with sexual addiction or emotional intimacy issues and I have a certification in sexual addiction treatment. I am also privileged to work with people recovering from childhood abuse and trauma by helping them process and heal from the violence they’ve experienced.
I work from a psychodynamic perspective with couples, families, and individuals along with an attachment perspective. Attachment theory is the study of how we bond and recognizes that people are meant to be in relationship.
I have previously worked as a hospice chaplain and grief counselor as well previously served as an adjunct professor of Human Growth and Development Through the Lifespan for MidAmerica Nazarene University.
