Hi, I’m Josh. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by anxiety — especially social anxiety —

I primarily work with young to middle-aged adults, especially men, who may feel stuck, misunderstood, or unsure how to move forward when life doesn’t look the way they expected. You’ll have space to share openly and be genuinely heard. From there, we’ll shape clear goals and begin developing practical strategies that meet you where you are.
