I provide a safe place to explore issues such as depression, anxiety, and major life transitions. I work with couples navigating pre-marital counseling, parenting, relational conflict, and also offer family counseling for separation and divorce. One of my main areas of focus is on individuals and families caretaking loved ones who have disabilities.
My approach is grounded in CBT, IFS, Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. My life experience adds to my perspective as a clinician. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 20 years leading teams at global organizations and raised two boys of my own. I also majored in Creative Writing and have written two novels.
