I work with adults to work through these difficulties in a way that supports their needs. My goal is to provide a welcoming space where people feel safe and heard, and that is inclusive and intersectional—a space that welcomes folks with a variety of identities, experiences, and perspectives, whether that is as an individual or within the context of their relationships.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and have earned Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology, as well as a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. I am also a member of AASECT (American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors & Therapists).
I am a veteran, father, and husband. I am an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community, have consulted with the Tiny Homes Project, and take a Trauma-Informed and culturally sensitive approach to my practice. I promote a judgment-free environment for any clients looking to develop positive mental and sexual health.
