I am the Program Director at Total Life Counseling & Treatment. Our facility is an outpatient facility that offers individual counseling for children, adolescents and adults as well as Intensive Outpatient Programs. Feel free to call and talk to our helpful staff. They will answer questions and help you get started with the therapy process. Whether you meet with me, or another therapist in our office, you will get personalized, compassionate care throughout the therapy process.
I believe the client-counselor relationship is vital in the therapeutic process. Because of this, I work hard to create a comfortable setting for my clients. By taking a caring, non-judgmental approach to therapy, my clients feel safe throughout the counseling experience.
At Total Life Counseling you will find several beneficial services. We offer teen skills groups, DBT groups, access to a wide range of counselors, and a comfortable, private office setting. We have Intensive Outpatient Programs forming now for Chemical Dependency and Mental Health.

Intensive Outpatient Programs - IOP

Total Life Counseling offers two 8 week Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). First is an adolescent mental health group held on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights from 5:00 to 8:00pm. The second group is an adult dual-diagnosis IOP held Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:00 to 9:00pm. Call for free assessment or more information.
