When stress, anxiety, or trauma begin to interfere with relationships and ability to function, I work with adults and couples to work through these difficulties in a way that supports their needs by understanding the person’s relationship to the source of their stress or trauma, not treating them like they are the source.
My goal is to provide a welcoming, inclusive, and intersectional space where people feel safe and heard. I work with individuals and couples from a variety of identities, experiences, and perspectives, supporting growth both individually and within the context of their relationships.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor with over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health. I am a husband, father, veteran, LGBTQIA+ ally, and take a trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive approach to care.
