I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have always had a heart for helping others, which is why I became a Social Worker. I love connecting with others and building relationships that foster care, support, and respect. We all face challenges in life, and having someone to serve as a sounding board, a confidant, or a partner through those challenges can make all the difference. My therapeutic approach is quite eclectic and my goal is to always be responsive to what my client needs, which can change from session to session. Sometimes we need a listening ear.
I connect best with clients who are honest about their goals and what they hope to accomplish in therapy. I have a heart for helping those dealing with life's stressors, such as anxiety, depression, parenting issues, job loss, familial stress, and medical issues.
I have loved all of the different clinical experiences I've had over the past 10+ years, from working with children in the school setting to working with adolescents, adults, and families in behavioral health. While all of these experiences have been different, the core of the work has been the same, to develop relationships that help.
