Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years in the practice of serving and helping others. I truly believe that we are synergistic beings who need to heal mind, body, and spirit in order to fully thrive and be our best selves. Having someone who can be an empathetic, & guiding partner can make navigating life’s difficulties feel much more manageable in your journey of self-discovery. I work with young adults and adults of all ages specializing in anxiety, stress, life transitions & challenges.
Life stressors can leave us on edge, shut down, paralyzed or avoidant and this can impact how we show up in our relationships, work world, and for ourselves. If you would like to move towards feeling more balanced and have a greater sense of self-acceptance and inner peace, there is hope.
