Attachment focused therapy for adults, teen girls, and children. I can help with a wide array of mental health struggles with a special focus on relationship improvement, adoption and foster care, emotional regulation, and resilience. I am foundationally influenced by attachment theory and believe our early attachment relationships and experiences play a huge role in our current functioning and emotional stability. I weave together several counseling models and theories to provide you or your child unique counseling experience built on proven techniques that promote change. I offer Christian-based counseling, if requested.
