In my practice, I strive to create a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while feeling genuinely heard and understood. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, my clients and I build insight into what they're experiencing while developing practical tools to help navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-understanding.

With over 10 years of experience, I've worked in schools, community mental health, behavioral health hospitals, and private practice. I work with adults (18+) experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other challenges. My office is intentionally neurodivergent-affirming and person-centered.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Louisiana and Texas, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and certified to provide telehealth services.
