I work with teens and adults, some of whom come from emotionally complex families and appear capable on the outside but feel anxious, stuck, overthinking, unseen internally, and stressed about the future, school, work, and relationships. They may be navigating shame, identity shifts, perfectionism, or difficulty setting boundaries. They are ready or motivated to move beyond surface-level coping and are open to insight, emotional depth, and gentle challenge. They seek therapy to learn about themselves, build self-trust, discernment, process loss, and live more intentionally with clearer boundaries and stronger internal stability.
My approach is eclectic, insight-oriented, process-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive. While providing tools to help with emotion management, I encourage my clients to look back to their past experiences and bridge the now and then.
