I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of experience supporting clients across diverse settings, including acute psychiatric units, outpatient care, and geriatric populations. I have extensive experience providing individual therapy to children, teens, and adults, helping them navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, anger management, and life transitions. I approach each client as a unique individual, drawing on empathy, compassion, and cultural competence to foster healing and growth.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Connecticut, and I also hold a degree in Sociology and Religious Studies from the University of Ghana. I integrate approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and client-centered care to promote achievable goals.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and I provide a safe, supportive space for clients to be heard and understood. I have a strong commitment to empowering individuals to overcome challenges and move toward total wellness.
