Groups
Bisexual + Trauma Recovery Group
Join a 9 week journey of therapeutic skills and psychoeducation focused on trauma healing through somatics and community. Attendees can expect to: 1) learn the basic science of trauma and the nervous system, 2) practice coping skills for emotional regulation, 3) use journaling as an integration tool and 4) connect with a community of people who understand the unique struggles of bisexual+ folks. Mondays from 5:30 to 7 pm starting June 9th to August 4th.
