Feelings of guilt and shame may be making it hard to forgive yourself. Or difficulty finding motivation or a life transition has left you at a loss of control over your environment—unsaid expectations about how you "should" look or feel left you exhausted. Or perhaps fear and anxiety are holding you back, making you feel stuck. If so, I am here to help. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood while you heal.
I specialize in working with women suffering from depression, shame, anxiety, ADHD, and insecurity. In addition to these specialties, I also have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with religious shame and related emotional concerns.
I believe asking for help is one of the bravest things a person can do. In my sessions, I foster an authentic environment that allows my clients to feel heard, empowered, and celebrated.
