Announcement icon At this time, I am holding sessions via telehealth only. The sessions are held by using an online teletherapy service or by phone.
Is your pre-teen or teen doubting themselves because the feel like they don’t fit the same mold as their peers? Have they expressed feeling alone, lonely or excluded? Have they experienced a loss or a trauma that is impacting their day to day life? The challenges children face today are many and the resulting feelings show up in the way they behave and feel. Possibly feeling sad or anxious, having frequent stomach and head aches, and/or behavioral and mood changes. Are you overwhelmed, feeling as though you can't make this better for your child? It only takes one family member's stress to throw the whole family off balance.
Imagine your teen feeling more relaxed and good about themselves. Feeling connected, both at school and at home and having an overall sense of balance in their lives. Enjoying time with family and friends and able to manage life's ups and downs with more confidence after having processed past life events.
Call me today at 215-330-6828 or visit my website at www.thecarecounselingcenter.com to request a FREE 15 minute consultation. I offer individual/group services using several treatment modalities (CBT, EMDR, EX-RP, DBT) adapted to meet your individual needs. Flexible evening and weekend hours are available.
