Though attaining emotional resilience when confronted with life's challenges can be difficult, it is achievable. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor with 7 years of experience, I provide confidential and nonjudgmental counseling to clients ages 13-60 struggling with grief, anxiety, anger, and more. My accepting, empathetic, and reflective approach aims to foster self-awareness, courage, and growth. I believe we all have the capacity to respond to thoughts and emotions with curiosity rather than avoidance. My goal is to create a safe space for you to process, gain insight, and grow.
Starting at our first session, we will create a personalized therapy experience tailored to your needs and life experiences. I enjoy using Cognitive Behavioral, mindfulness and other approaches. With my years of counseling adolescents, adults, and families through various emotional challenges, I have unique insight that can guide you through this process.
