I am committed to working collaboratively with clients to find their inner strength and authenticity, I know from experience that it takes courage and dedication to live well and the benefits are worth it. My personality as a therapist is of nurturing, warmth, genuineness and non-judgmental demeanor. I have diverse experience in working with adults, children, families and couples with mental health, stress related concerns and chemical health issues for over 23 years. My approach is eclectic, designed to fit the individual's needs.
The relationship between the therapist and client has repeatedly proven to be the most effective and powerful component of successful therapeutic outcome. Each session, situation, and client are unique and based on individual needs. My specialty include: depression, anxiety, ADHD, children and adults who experienced trauma, domestic issues, mood disorder.
My approach is making sure that client feel respected, important and understood in a nonjudgemental and supportive environment. Sessions are positive, action oriented, enlightening and supportive environment.
