If you struggle with depression, anxiety, dealing with traumatic expereinces, pornography, adjusting to change, cultural issues, and so on, and want to find ways to cope with and rise above them, I am here to aid you on your journey.
I can guide you to discover more about yourself and your family member, increase understanding and compassion, and come up with alternative way of being that are in harmony with your values and goals. We can't change other people, we can only change ourselves, but you will be surprised how working on yourself impacts those around you.
Life is difficult, but it is not hopeless. We never know what tomorrow brings. I believe that as we turn inward, we can find the strength and resources that none of us knew was there that can uplift and strengthen us to continue to turn outward and learn and grow, so we can experience joy and love more fully, despite the pains and struggles of life.
