Therapy is so many different things. However, at its core, therapy as an act of courage. I say this because, while empowering, therapy can also be profoundly challenging, particularly when addressing old wounds and confronting how these injuries have shaped how you see yourself and others. My work is to assist you in moving beyond ambivalence and towards a more differentiated self. This involves remaining in intimate connection without sacrificing your values or integrity while also appreciating others differences without trying to coerce them into being other than who they are. This work is central to being an adult and partner.
I provide a supportive and encouraging environment shaped by over 30 years of clinical experience and wisdom. The work begins with a non-judgmental presence, an understanding of the complexities of life and relationship, and through our work, challenging the hurdles that undermine the live and the love you want to experience.
