I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s difficulties and build resiliency. In my practice, I work with a wide variety of different populations. I specialize in helping individuals who are navigating the challenges of anxiety, depression, major life adjustments, trauma, and PTSD. My primary clinical focus is working with first responders and their family members. I have a personal connection to the field, and my passion is in helping first responders with the unique stressors of the job. I approach therapy from a collaborative, goal-oriented, and trauma-focused perspective.
My approach is focused on being well rounded, including stress management, mental, and physical wellbeing. My primary theoretical lens is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which allows us to identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. I also draw from existential and narrative therapies.
