I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania and New York with over 6 years of experience helping adults and seniors manage anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and identity issues. I believe in the potential for personal growth in all clients and strive to help them discover greater joy and confidence in their lives.
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from CUNY-Hunter College and adopt a holistic, strengths-based, and person-centered approach to therapy. My practice incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solutions-focused therapy (SFT) to meet the unique needs of each client.
