I am a LPC-Associate under supervision of Noel C Gonzalez, PhD, LPC-S. My focus is in working with clients who are experiencing trauma from the many challenges we each face. Areas of specialty include accidents, cancer, and HIV; however, these are not the only areas of trauma that I can help with. I also work with clients with anxiety and depression, including general anxiety disorder, PTSD, and major depressive disorder (episodic or chronic), as well as men's issues and LGBTQIA+ issues.
I offer treatment using Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Sandtray, and Reiki therapies. I work with clients aged 10 through end of life. In-office, virtual, and walk-and-talk therapy sessions available.
I believe that each of us deserves a chance at finding a balance within our lives. This may include counseling over the long-term or the occasional "reset" session. I am here to serve and to help you find that balance so that you can pursue life on your own terms and find the best "you" that you can be.
