I am Licensed in 3 states as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Masters Addiction Counselor. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, MI, and ACT interventions. I also provide mindfulness techniques and coaching skills. I supervise other counselors as well.

I love to help people find the best versions of themselves and to live their life to the fullest. Life can be hard and unfair but that doesn't mean we can't enjoy life to the fullest. I do believe we all need others to help us find our best version of ourselves. I love to help others reach their goals just like others helped me reach mine.
