I specialize in working with adolescents and adults, struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, anger issues, impulse control, and relationship difficulties. Having worked in a public high school in order to treat students for a variety of mental health issues has given me valuable insight into some of today’s adolescent struggles.
I take a person-centered approach with all of my clients because I value each individual and the worth they possess. I believe care and empathy can be balanced with challenging one’s thought processes, emotional responses, and actions in order to achieve one’s goals.
