I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 30 years of counseling experience, working with adults, children, adolescents, families, and couples seeking help to cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I completed my master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at the University of Scranton and have training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TFCBT) and family systems therapy.
I utilize relational, collaborative, cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, mindfulness-based, and emotionally focused approaches to therapy. I always maintain respect, empathy, flexibility, and awareness to best meet the needs of every unique individual, family, and couple.
