Finding the right therapist is an important decision, and I want to share with you a bit about our approach and what you can expect from working with a therapist at North Shore Psychology. Our role as your therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences together. The goal is not only to help you understand yourself more deeply but also to help you develop the tools and insights necessary to create lasting change.
North Shore Psychology offers both male and female therapists. Primarily we utilize a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy. We also conduct psychological evaluations to ensure accurate diagnosis, as well as for fitness for duty, government clearance, OPWDD (autism), academic concerns, law enforcement employment/appeals and immigration applications.
