With over ten years of experience, I have helped couples overcome various challenges to understand what is hurting their relationship; while at the same time, teaching them how to work together rather than against each other.
Using an unbiased and nonjudgmental perspective I strive to provide a comfortable, trustworthy, and empowering environment to my clients. In my approach I use Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Above all, I offer a listening ear and compassion to best understand what challenges you are facing, and how I can help.
