My name is Joe Schmidt and I have been practicing as a licensed clinical social worker and licensed substance abuse counselor for over 14 years. I am a person in recovery, with over 16 years of sobriety and an immense sense of gratitude for those that helped me on my path. I have worked primarily with adults and specialize in depression, anxiety, struggles with life transitions as well as persons with substance use concerns. I specialize in working with individuals concerned with role drugs of alcohol play in their life, anxiety, depression and coping with transitions and the unexpected.
