Hello and welcome. I am an LCSW who has 28 years of experience providing therapy to a wide array of clients. I enjoy meeting clients where they are at and helping them to discuss their issues, look at obstacles to making changes, make expectations that are more realistic, and helping them to learn new skills to decrease the negative effects on their life.
I enjoy meeting people where they are at, building on the strengths that they possess, helping them to look at what they do either intentionally or unintentionally, and learn ways to enhance skills that they already have or lean new ones so that the difficulties and challenges do not have as many negative effects on their life.
I have learned in my experience as a therapist that everyone is good at something either in work, family relations, or friendships. I specialize in helping people to learn ways to modify or adjust these skills and use them differently to help them with the challenges in their life.
