My approach to providing mental healthcare incorporates evidence-based treatment modalities that are integrated and individualized for you. I believe it is important to get to know you and find out what works best based on your personality, history, and goals. There are many ways to reach your goals. I want to assist you in your effort to find out the best way for you. I offer traditional methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to more recent evidence-based treatments. If I am not a good fit for you, I will help you find someone or someplace that is. I obtained my Doctoral Degree from Virginia Tech in 1986.
