My clients are adults who struggle with chronic anxiety, low self-esteem, self-doubt, and relationship wounds. They feel pressure in their bodies, racing thoughts in their minds, and a sense that something important is missing.
Many of the people I work with want to slow down and be more present—but without guilt or the weight of feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions. They’re seeking not just relief, but a deeper, more grounded connection to themselves and their lives.
I use Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and EMDR to help clients tune into their bodies, calm anxiety, and feel curious about their protective parts. Through breathwork and guided imagery, clients build confidence, explore courage, set boundaries, and engage in life, building lasting resilience and self-trust.
